GIFT

We are happy to announce that the dates for GIFTSym12 have now been set! GIFTSym12 will take place in-person on Monday, May 6th, 2024 (half day starting around mid-day), and Tuesday, May 7th, 2024 (full day). GIFTSym12 will be held in Orlando, FL in the UCF Research Park area.

We ask that all presenters plan to attend and present in-person, as presentations are planned to be given in-person only (special circumstances can be considered if a presentation needs to be conducted virtually).

We are planning to have a hybrid option for non-presenting attendees who wish to participate virtually. Non-presenters are of course, also welcome to attend in-person.

GIFTSym12 participation and attendance does not have an associated fee, but we do ask that you RSVP online prior to the event so that we know the number of people attending. More details will be shared as GIFTSym12 approaches.

Abstract Submission Deadline – March 25th, 2024 (800 word abstract)
Anticipated Acceptance Notification Date – April 5th, 2024
Camera-Ready Paper Submission Deadline – April 26th, 2024
Presentation Submission Deadline – May 1st, 2024
GIFTSym12 – Monday, May 6th (starting around mid-day) and Tuesday, May 7th, 2024
